A few notes on “Development Assistance” given by "developed" (and bankrupt) nations to "developing" nations and the activities of the World Bank

Governments around the world have an item called “Development Assistance” that they use to take taxes from their people and give to lesser developed countries. The official numbers run to around a quarter of a trillion bucks a year from the OECD’s Development Assistance Committee (DAC) and non-DAC members.
