The FDA and CDC were briefed in April 2021 about the injuries and deaths from the Pfizer shots in a “post marketing authorization” report.

42,086 “events” and 1,223 deaths with 9,400 “Unknown” outcomes with 75% of events occurring amongst women, where the gender was known. 25% had not recovered and Pfizer claimed that around half were “Recovered/Recovering”.
