BREAKING: Russia downs U.S. spy drone over Black Sea

A Russian military jet intercepted a U.S. MQ-9 “Reaper” Drone over the Black Sea and caused the $17 million drone to crash into the water. The U.S. says the drone was conducting “routine missions” over the Black Sea and there was no reason for the Russian jet to be flying “recklessly” and engage the drone.
