Facebook, Instagram Censor Vid of Project Veritas Confronting YouTube VP

Censorship loves company. Meta-owned Facebook and Instagram are the latest censors of Project Veritas, removing a video of Project Veritas confronting a YouTube executive over the video platform’s recent censorship.

YouTube removed Project Veritas’s recent viral video showing a Pfizer executive saying his company is considering mutating COVID viruses. Project Veritas then released a second video showing that Project Veritas journalist Christian Hartsock later confronted YouTube Vice President of Trust and Safety Matt Halprinwho refused to comment on why his platform censored the inital viral undercover video. Facebook and Instagram then deleted the confrontation video, claiming it violated “Community Standards,” according to Reclaim the Net on Feb. 4. I guess pro-censorship Big Tech platforms help each other out?

Facebook and Instagram accused the Project Veritas confrontation video of somehow violating the platforms’ policy against “content that could lead to identity theft or put someone at risk of physical or financial harm.” It supposedly violated the platforms’ privacy policies, though the platform did not elaborate on “violative” specifics of the video.
