February 28th, 1993: Thirty-one year Anniversary of US Government Attack On Church Community

On February 28, 1993, more than 70 ATF agents raided the Branch Davidians’ compound outside of Waco. Gunfire erupted and during the two-hour battle, four federal agents were killed and more than a dozen injured. This led to 51 day standoff which culminated in the US Government massacring seventy-six Branch Davidians, including 20 children and two miscarried babies. Nine Branch Davidians escaped the fire.
