Nebraska: Constitutional Carry Passes the First Round in the Legislature – Guns in the News

Today, the Legislature garnished bipartisan support and voted 36-12-1 to pass Nebraska’s Constitutional Carry legislation. This is great news, but we aren’t across the finish line yet.
