Study of 99 million vaccinated taking 243 million doses of Pfizer, Moderna and AZN finds increased incidence of between 50% and 3-4 times in serious health cond

No mention of mortality of the vaxxed v unvaxxed or numbers of unvaccinated. Someone help me out here. The MSM (Bloomberg, Yahoo and Fox) reckon the numbers shown below are “small”. The numbers look HUGE to me! From the study “Participants from eight different countries were monitored for upticks in 13 medical conditions, as stated by Fox News.
