The Real January 6 Insurrection

On January 6, there was an insurrection to try to overthrow a duly elected President of the United States of America. Not January 6, 2021, but January 6, 2017. On that date at the Trump Tower, CIA Director John Brennan, NSA Director James Clapper, and FBI Director Jim Comey briefed President-elect Donald Trump on intelligence that Russia had interfered in the election by stealing Democratic Party emails. That meeting set off the two-and-a-half-year fake Russian-Collusion investigation designed not merely to derail President Trump’s first term, but essentially overturn the results of the 2016 election. This meeting to undermine Trump’s Presidency, was initiated the day before on January 5, 2017, in the Oval Office, led by then-President Barack Obama, with then-Vice President, Joe Biden present.

The Trump Tower meeting prompted an interview between the FBI and President Trump’s selection for National Security Advisor, Three-Star-General Michael Flynn, later that month. The FBI agent put in charge of conducting the interview with General Flynn was Peter Strzok who was later exposed for having extreme bias against Donald Trump when over 350 text messages he sent to his lover, former FBI lawyer, Lisa Page, were revealed.
