Unlicensed Chinese Virus Biolab Found in California

An unlicensed Chinese biolaboratory with samples of infectious viruses including malaria, HIV, and hepatitis was recently raided by the CDC in California. How did such a biolab even come to exist in the first place in the U.S., and how did it take this long—after the CCP almost certainly created Covid-19 in a lab and unleashed it on the world—to raid the lab?

How many more of these unlicensed Chinese biolabs are there? And how can we trust the dishonest CDC and the rest of the Biden administration to be serious about addressing the problem and punishing those responsible?
