Vladimir Putin ICC Arrest Warrant Issued For Alleged War Crimes

The International Criminal Court (ICC) has issued an arrest warrant for Vladimir Putin for alleged war crimes against children from Ukraine. Russia is not a party to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court and does not bear obligations under it. However, if Putin leaves Russia he can be arrested.
