Former Rep. Cawthorn on DC Sex Scandals: ‘I Told You’

Yes, our DC elected (and unelected) officials are totally corrupt. And yes, Madison Cawthorn did warn us that was so.

In a recent interview with Benny Johnson, former GOP Rep. Madison Cawthorn spoke about Congressional sex scandal allegations in the wake of a Congressional staffer caught for making a disgusting homosexual sex tape in a Senate hearing room. Cawthorn had convulsed politicians and media in 2022 when he accusedWashington, D.C. of being rife with “sexual perversion” and drug abuse. “And I look at all these people, a lot of them that I’ve looked up to through my life, I’ve always paid attention to politics, guys that then all of a sudden, you get invited to like, well, ‘hey, we’re going to have kind of a sexual get together at one of our homes. You should come.’ And I’m like, what did you just ask me to come to? And then you realize they’re asking you to come to an orgy,” Cawthorn had said. Now Cawthorn can say, “I freaking told you [so].”

Gateway Pundit reported on some of Cawthorn’s comments, where the former congressman suggested that government agencies try to set up lawmakers to commit sexual indiscretions that can be weaponized against said lawmakers. This comes as another representative also suggested that foreign agents achieve the same compromising behavior with congressmen—one definite example is Rep. Swalwell (D-CA), who infamously slept with a Chinese Communist Party spy.
