Depending on the fear-mongering, the difference in predicted catastrophic warming you’d get if we saw a rise of 1° C or 1.5° C for any reason would be between 1.8° and 2.7° Fahrenheit. Do you realize that most people wouldn’t be able to feel the difference? And the planet could care less.
