Why Wearing Clothes Should Be MANDATORY in Public

udging from the accent of the speaker I am pretty sure this weird clothes free event happened in the USA. As to the reason for this insanity I have no idea except that I am sure it is definitely NOT a group of MAGA people. If you know the story behind this please post it in the comments. Oh, and who had the task of painting these weirdos? All I know is this illustrates why wearing clothing in public should be mandatory, especially including those out of shape.
