On July 22, a traffic camera in Toms River, New Jersey, captured the dramatic moment a semi-truck hauling a forklift snagged overhead power lines, ripping down a utility pole and sending sparks flying. Authorities closed the area while crews worked to restore power and urged drivers to stay away from downed lines.
