Water levels at the Danube River are at record lows due to the European heatwave. A hydro plant along the river shared by Serbia and Romania is down to just 20 percent of normal output, while Hungary is shutting down its only nuclear power plant, and considering whether to enforce electricity restrictions on large companies.
