The Democrats and their DSA Marxist faction drifting left. They’re actively working to dismantle the foundations of American freedom—property rights, borders, equal protection under law…

ZeroHedge recently highlighted the inflection point with Hasan Piker, the loudmouth socialist streamer who has become the unofficial America-hating communist mascot of the Democratic Socialists of America. Piker doesn’t whisper. He says the quiet parts out loud: America deserved 9/11. He has no patriotism in his heart for this country. His favorite flag is Hezbollah’s. Capitalists should have their blood soak the streets. And, in one particularly charming flourish, more immigrants should flood in to “f*ck your sisters and then your daughters” because “We’re here to destroy the White Race, Bitch.”

This is not some basement troll. Piker campaigns for DSA-aligned Democrats. He has stumped for Michigan Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed, Wisconsin gubernatorial hopeful Francesca Hong, and maintains close ties with New York City’s socialist Mayor Zohran Mamdani. Hillary Clinton herself recently fretted that Republican “communist, socialist” messaging is “gonna be a VERY effective attack.” Even the University of Washington—hardly a bastion of conservative thought—canceled a Piker event, with a state representative noting that someone who celebrates capitalist blood in the streets and says America deserved 9/11 has no business on the taxpayer dime.

Yet the Democratic Party largely shrugs. No mass denunciations. No clear rupture. Just the usual careful distance when cameras are rolling, followed by continued collaboration when the base needs energizing.

The DSA Is Not a Policy Club. It Is a Hostile Takeover Vehicle

The Democratic Socialists of America has grown into the largest socialist organization in U.S. history, with membership well over 100,000. Its strategy is straightforward: run candidates on the Democratic ballot line, build independent infrastructure, and push the party left until the “dirty break” or full realignment becomes possible. They have already elected or advanced figures from city halls to Congress. Mamdani’s mayoralty in New York is their biggest governing foothold yet.

Look at their own program and statements from leadership. They call for abolishing ICE, ending deportations, granting amnesty, and ultimately eliminating national borders. They seek steps toward abolishing the police and the prison system. They want public ownership of major industries. They talk of drafting a new constitution, abolishing the Senate as an “anachronistic” institution that protects power from ordinary people, and replacing the current system with a “democratic socialist republic.” Capitalism is the enemy; the goal is to transfer power from the “1%” and end private ownership of the “key economic drivers.”

DSA co-chair Megan Romer has affirmed the long-term vision of ending borders, phasing out prisons, defunding the Pentagon, and shifting large corporations to public ownership. This is not mild social democracy. It is a revolutionary project that treats the American constitutional order, private property, and national sovereignty as obstacles to be overcome.

Freedom Is the Target

What does “destruction of freedom” look like in practice?

Property rights become provisional when the state can seize or heavily tax assets in the name of equity. Borders dissolve, turning citizenship into a participation trophy and flooding the labor market while straining public resources. Law enforcement is steadily defanged or abolished in the name of justice, leaving ordinary people—especially in working-class and minority neighborhoods—less safe. Free speech and association face pressure when dissent from the new orthodoxy is labeled reactionary or racist. Patriotism itself is pathologized; the country that protects the right to radical speech is declared illegitimate by those enjoying its protections.

Piker’s rhetoric is useful precisely because it is extreme. It reveals the emotional core behind the policy language. When a figure this openly hostile to the American experiment is welcomed as a campaign surrogate by candidates who still call themselves Democrats, the party’s boundary has collapsed. Moderate Democrats who remain silent are not neutral. They are providing the institutional cover and ballot access that lets the faction advance.

History is not subtle on this point. Every serious Marxist project has treated individual liberty, private property, and national identity as temporary inconveniences. The DSA’s documents and its loudest amplifiers do not hide their ambition to transform society “from the ground up.” They simply package it in the language of democracy and workers’ power while pursuing the classic ends of collective ownership and the dismantling of existing institutions.

Americans have rejected actual communism by overwhelming margins in recent polling. Socialism itself remains deeply underwater. The danger is not that a majority currently wants this. The danger is that a determined minority, operating inside one of the two major parties, is building the infrastructure and electing the personnel to impose it district by district, city by city, primary by primary.

The inflection point ZeroHedge identified is real. When even progressive universities start treating the open America-hater as too toxic, and when Republican messaging on communism starts landing, the window for denial is closing. Democrats who still believe in the American experiment have a choice: quarantine the Marxist faction or continue enabling it. Silence is a decision. Collaboration is a decision. Both currently favor the destruction of the freedoms most Americans still take for granted.

The mascot is talking. The faction is organizing. The party is mostly looking the other way. That combination does not end well for a free country. Also, with voter fraud still firmly in place, these animals on the Left, our own Marxists, will win all across the nation in all Blue states. Now it’s up to Trump to declare a national emergency, or we lose to Marxism, and a real revolution is on the way.
