Are you tired of feeling spiritually exhausted, wondering if your daily struggles to live for Christ are actually worth the fight?
Watching this class, filmed at the highest point of Delphi in the best-preserved ancient stadium in the Roman world, will breathe fresh courage into your soul.
Standing beside the ancient 600-foot racetrack, surrounded by 7,000 horseshoe seats, you will study the Apostle Paul’s final, triumphant words in 2 Timothy 4:6-8. Facing imminent execution, Paul looked at death not with fear, but as a glorious "departure"—the Greek word for untying a boat to sail on an anticipated cruise, or breaking camp to head home to a warm, soft bed.
The profound spiritual impact of this lesson is a radical shift in how you view your daily spiritual battle. You will discover the rich, athletic metaphors of the stadium: the "good fight" of boxing against your flesh, and the "race"—the grueling, agonizing agon of endurance. You will see the physical umpire’s box, realizing that the Lord Jesus is our righteous Umpire, watching from above to ensure we stay in our lanes.
This class will challenge you to guard the absolute treasure of the Gospel and live each day "loving His appearing". You will walk away inspired to finish your race well, fighting the daily fight against the flesh so you can hear the ultimate Umpire say: ‘Well done, good and faithful servant’.
Enroll today to stand on the ridge of Delphi, realign your life with eternity, and run to win!
