Kellan Lutz wasn’t going to let his career eclipse his family. Nearly three years after the Twilight actor and his wife Brittany Lutz moved from California to Tennessee, he shared insight into their major milestone. “I love California, I really do,” Kellan said during an Aug. 11 appearance on the Inside of You podcast. “The whole Tennessee move happened when we had our second kid.” Because Kellan—dad to Ashtyn, 5, and Kasen, 3—still has to go on location for work, he and his wife opted to follow her family when they moved to Tennessee shortly after the COVID-19 lockdown. The Tarzan alum admitted he knew his family would likely follow his in-laws eventually, noting his friends with kids had told him it was best to live with family nearby “just to help with the kids.” And it all came to fruition shortly after Kasen was born in 2022. “One of the kids got sick,” Kellan recalled. “She felt really out of control as far as not being able to bring both kids there or just kind of helpless.
