A local resident’s doorbell camera captured footage of a white van traveling toward RAF Fairford at 11:15 PM on the night of a major terror alert. The sighting preceded a major security incident that led to local evacuations and a heavy emergency response, including bomb disposal units. Five London men in their early-to-mid 20s were arrested on suspicion of terror offenses and have since been released on bail as counter-terrorism investigations continue.
