On October 14, the National Weather Service issued a tornado warning and urged residents to take immediate shelter after a radar-indicated tornado was reported near Fort Stockton in West Texas. Captured on video by Victor Castillo, the massive funnel cloud formed as a severe thunderstorm tracked northeast at 20 mph through north-central Pecos County.
