Olivier Martinez doubles down on his abuse allegations against ex Halle Berry in their custody fight over 13-year-old son, Maceo. Despite signing a sworn statement in 2024 claiming there was no history of domestic abuse between them, which Olivier states was true at the time, an attorney for Olivier since clarified the statement was in relation to legal fees, not custody. Olivier is set to return to the stand in the case to determine who will have custody of Maceo, who Olivier alleges Halle choked during an altercation. Halle has denied all of the allegations.
